Player Registration

We’re excited to kick off the fall season with opportunities for players to get stronger, sharpen their skills, and compete together. Fall is also a great time to try out lacrosse in a fun, low-pressure environment. Below is an overview of our fall offerings.

Preseason Strength & Conditioning – Session 1

  • When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:15–5:15 PM at The Garage Gym, starting Tuesday September 2 for 4 weeks.

  • Partner: We’re teaming up with Mark Uyeda, owner of The Garage Gym, to deliver lacrosse-specific training at his new location.

  • Why it matters: Strength & Conditioning is essential for building power, preventing injuries, and developing early-season team chemistry. Lacrosse is a contact sport, and that second slide needs to come strong!

Registration details for Session 2 will be shared later in August/beginning of September. Players are encouraged to join one or both sessions.

Fall Practices

  • When: Mondays & Thursdays, 6:30–8:30 PM at Marshall, starting Monday September 29.

  • Focus: Team play, stick skills, and game strategy.
